Life Coaching

“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.”
Mohandas K. Gandhi

Trying to juggle our numerous roles and responsibilities; caretaking both our children and our parents; working long hours for little pay; existing on too little sleep and too many cups of coffee; racing to work only to be stuck in traffic, overwhelmed by information overload, we yearn for a break, some freedom, some balance. We find ourselves frustrated with our day-to-day “busyness,” but are too tired or confused to know how to make any changes.

Thanks for helping me through my emotional highs and lows, and for being so patient with me. Before coming to see you, I wondered if something was wrong with me. I felt like I was lacking something in terms of the tools that I had. You helped me see the value of what I do, and the style that I like to work. This acceptance of myself makes me feel more confident. I feel better equipped to set realistic goals for myself and to check in with myself to make sure that I’m on the right track.

Coaching can help you unravel the knots, to focus, to become more proactive and less reactive and to make positive changes in your life.

Coaching helps you to:

  • Identify and break negative patterns you have developed
  • Make positive changes towards personal and professional growth

Issues may include:

  • Stress and burnout
  • Procrastination and indecision
  • Life transitions or crisis
  • Lack of motivation
  • Low self-esteem
  • Learning problems

From the first session, I felt very comfortable expressing my concerns and problems. I was able to answer some very important questions and experience things on my own that would likely have never happened at home with constant family pressure. Had I not worked with you I likely would be wasting my time in other lines of work that I would not enjoy, be stimulated by or that are not rewarding. Working with you was a major turning point in regards to which career areas I should embark on. This in turn has helped increase my self-confidence and made me feel better about myself. I would recommend your services to others and consider you a mentor. I definitely turned a corner thanks to your help this summer and wanted to thank you again.
